The location was perfect, as it was really close to everything I needed. It was just a few minutes walk from the main square and the central station. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of choices. The staff was very helpful, and the hotel facilities were great. The cleanliness of the room was perfect, and I appreciated the availability of parking.

The hotel was efficient and fairly clean, it had good wi-fi, its location was lovely close to the center.

I had a very very good experience here, everything was perfect, the location was perfect adjacent to cathedral, the center, the grand palace. The double room had a comfy bed. Savoury and varied breakfast with cheese and cakes, as for instance. Fairly clean and descent hotel in Brussels Centre district.

The hotel has a great location, close to various restaurants and shops, making it convenient for guests to explore the area. It is also relatively close to the central station, allowing for easy transportation. the hotel is just outside a beautiful church that guests can visit and admire.

Some rooms in the hotel have frosted glass panels on the bathroom walls and the actual door, which may lack privacy and could potentially be uncomfortable for some guests.

The breakfast at the hotel was amazing! They had a wide variety of options to choose from, including a salad and fruit bar. The location of the hotel was also perfect, as it was right next to the cathedral and within walking distance of the Christmas markets.

One of the negative aspects of the hotel was the room layout. The window from the main room to the bathroom was quite odd and made using the toilet uncomfortable.

I highly recommend staying here! This place is situated right at the city center, making it very convenient for exploring the main square and other attractions. The staff at the reception desk are fantastic and very helpful. The room amenities are top-notch and include air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a balcony for some fresh air. I especially appreciated the complimentary welcome drink upon arrival. The buffet breakfast at the dining restaurant is also a must-try.

During my recent stay at Nh Brussels Grand Place Arenberg, I experienced really good customer service from the front desk staff. Upon check-in, I encountered an issue with my room key not working multiple times. Despite the inconvenience, the clerks were always apologetic and had a friendly smile, making me feel at ease. Their willingness to assist and resolve the problem promptly was highly commendable.

Although there were some drawbacks, such as the small room size and separate toilet from the washroom/shower, overall, I had a comfortable and pleasant stay at Nh Brussels Grand Place Arenberg. The cleanliness of the rooms, along with daily towel changes, added to the positive experience.
